Scratch hand tossed spiced crust with poppy seeds. Thin sliced pre cooked chicken breast and fine chopped white onions. Shoe string ground cheddar cheese. AND it turned out GREAT. Had just picked up some TVP at the neat little local health food store. Put some of that in the sauce. Picked up the flavor, had a nice burger texture, and life is good. A.
