Great pic's!!! There was a time I had thought about going out and carefully digging up some of these flowers as well as any other's (like indian paint) I came across to put in the yard.

Had two elk stand along side me less than 25' away today. Then a few minutes later a big ol' turkey was walking down the road. So I did get pics of the elk, will have to look and see if they turned out well enough to post.

Snowing hard up in the Clockum right now. Wonder if we are going to get any down here tonight it sure as heck is cooling down again.

Aureliux...you decription of the country side in your great state of Washington makes me want to be there "NOW"

I find Elk beautiful...my grandchildren and I pulled to the side of the road onnce to watch them graze, we were all excited!!!!

Soooo, you are a Star Trek fan???? I have an employee that is a huge fan as well....her ring tone on her cell plays the Star Trek tune!!!

Good morning my on line friend....with my husband under the weather I am pulling double duty!!!

As for me, I am very well "Thank God"

I hope to make an attempt at "twittering" as soon as I get my head above water. I'm sure my work load will get better soon so, I can spend time with my on line friends.

Going to be in UC today, may have to be forced, beyond any reasonable exercise of my will, to arrive at The Cottage for a piece of PEACH COBBLER. Don't know "IF" I can pull it off or not but we'll see what happens.

Still haven't made it over to the TAV for their wonderful Friday night special.

Looking forward to getting back over to the E-burg city pool again soon. Last time through sauna said 190F and that was just about right for me on the top shelf for half an hour. Only works when there are no kids around running in and out which lets the heat out too fast.

Kids are fine, life is marching ever onward, and I'm still flying solo. But it's already looking like another beautiful day in the neighborhood, I'm going to pack up and bug out to work, with the ending tag line:

IS great, VERY nice today. Looks good for the next several days, too.

Hope to get my moped running soon and retire the V-8 for the good weather season. 90 mpg sounds really good right now... Just plain can't figure out how to haul a kayak on it. AH! Perhaps an inflatable...

Didn't get into any particularly photographic areas today so the Nikon stayed in it's bag throughout my journeys.

Thinking about an E-burg City Pool trip tonight. Friday night adult moonlight swim is usually pretty good and parents with kids can go.

New pictures uploaded, flowers and elk. Got up on the bike this AM early, rode up to the airport and back and that was nice. No one else up and around, only one car passed me the whole time I was out.

Skunk encounter along the way. Either was out of vaporous venom or it had already been used on somebody else. Managed to escape that miserable possibility.

REALLY nice out.
