I went. VERY glad I did! ANYONE out there interested in music and want to see the results of great talent that has been introduced to honest positive energy and hard work?
THIS time it's been videotaped by Channel 2 and if you are interested, call 963 1221 to get a copy.
Three groups from Ellensburg High School performed in the CWU Concert Hall. They were the Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble.
The conductor, teacher, band instructor and leader of these fine performers is Mr. May. Incredible person for the job! I will be attending EHS concerts as long as he is around and I know the concerts will always be the best.
Next EHS concert is in the spring and will be on March 10 at 7:00 PM in Morgan's Auditorium. See you there?

That drum solo from the performer in Jazz Band was world class, in my so humble opinion. Anyone else there?
I'm getting a copy of the performance.
Mr. May is THE BEST and is doing an INCREDIBLE job. I've been around a lot of public junior and high school bands and I've never seen anyone with his abilities, energy, and great attitude. I would have no problem at all going back in time and doing band.
Is it any wonder why EHS ALWAYS wins band competitions when they can get out on the road and compete?
A.
