The Dec. 5th Sunset

Could probably be THE most incredible sunset I've ever viewed here. COLOR WAS EVERYWHERE all around me.

Can only wish that I had been in a better place. Stopped above the train tracks on University. In a couple of the shots you can see the lit up casino sign and in the other direction there's the one showing everybody how to get to the great E-burg Airport.

So check these out, I didn't get around to pulling them off the cam until tonight.

I took 7 shots and all are were within two minutes of each other.

OK, I now have uploaded all 7 shots that I took on Dec. 5 + one special take that I did while I was out wandering around this AM that you might think is worthwhile to view. Check it out and enjoy,

Very glad you enjoyed that, and I appreciate knowing that you looked at them.

Not a whole heck of a lot that I can do besides scribble around in the forum attempting to put some thoughts into writing for everyone.

So I also pack a cam with me wherever I go! Sometimes, I guess, a picture really is worth more than 1,000 words.

With that thought, along side the one about the pen being mightier than the sword, I shall continue to look at ways to beat my sharp writing instrument into a peaceful plowshare that everyone can enjoy.

Perhaps the way to ALL people's hearts is through their stomach? We must eat, therefore I shall cook.

Sunrise this AM, Dec 9 7:10 AM byAureliux December 09, 2008 (1 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
I just peeked outside, not a chance of getting any kind of a decent pic from where I am, hope everyone else has a chance to see it!

Perfect layered pebble gray to electric silver shades with polka dot candy apple pink and reds blended in!

Everyone, please have a good day!

Didn't see the sunrise this AM, but the moon last night was fantastic.

Psalm 19:1

That pretty much covers it... :)

I could not agree with you more Eburger...it could apply to all his pic's "especially" the one with the fog in front of the mountain.

Good Bible passage.
OK You Got me byAureliux December 11, 2008 (2 votes) (report abuse)
Thank you for the reference, now I have one more perfect excuse to open my Bible tonight and look it up!

Did get more pics today and don't have them off the camera yet. Have to see if I can get any up and in view tomorrow.

Wish you could have heard the EHS Wind Ensemble do the Halleluja Chorus tonight. They did an incredible job on it!

I just posted a pic just like yours bynightofstars December 21, 2008 (1 votes) (report abuse) (reply)
I have this really cool camera that took this spectacular picture of the same scene you must have took a picture of. Just posted it. I'll try to figure out what subject I used so you can check the ghostly eyes peering out on it.
